Nantong Yinqi Biological Technology processes yeast. Its ingredient lines are selenium enriched yeast, yeast protein and yeast beta-glucan, worked up from brewer's and baker's yeast, and they go into health foods and seasonings, pharmaceuticals, livestock and aquaculture feed, pet food, fermentation media and bio-organic fertiliser.

The company began in 2006 as Anhui Laisi Bioengineering and registered its Huge Yeast brand in 2015. It runs yeast processing sites in Jiangsu, Anhui, Hubei, Guangdong, Guangxi, Henan, Hebei and Xinjiang, each with food grade stainless steel lines, central control, separation and concentration, spray drying, CIP cleaning and packing rooms built to GMP requirements, and puts combined capacity above 35,000 tonnes a year. Its own works is in the Rudong economic development zone at Nantong, and Jiangsu recognises it as a high technology enterprise and an agricultural industrialisation leader.
