Shanghai LuoLuo Food Technology makes food additives and compound additive blends for the soy foods trade. Glucono-delta-lactone, sold to tofu makers as doufu wang, is the core line, and around it sit gluconic acid solution and the sodium, calcium and ferrous gluconates, together with defoamers, compound coagulants and emulsifiers formulated for bean curd production. The company also sells caramel colour.
