Shenzhen Empirewarm Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (深圳汉朔建元生物科技股份有限公司) was founded in 2017 and is registered in the Shenzhen Bay Technology Ecology Park, Yuehai subdistrict, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. Registered capital is 100 million yuan. Its business is the development, production and sale of animal proteins.

Production is carried out at separate sites. In 2018 the company invested 80 million yuan in a plant in Dongguan, operated as Dongguan Hanshuo Jianyuan Biotechnology, and in 2024 it began building a second plant at Fengcheng in Jiangxi Province. An animal protein research centre is kept at the Shenzhen Bay premises.

The catalogue runs to more than fifteen products across five series, sold as raw materials rather than finished goods. Lines include bovine bone collagen peptide, bovine hide collagen, bovine bone marrow oil, beef bone broth and bone soup powders. Stated applications cover medical and cosmetic use, health and supplement foods, fermentation, seasonings, meat processing, general food manufacture and pet food. The company exhibits at the spring FIC food ingredients fair.
