Wachsen Industry makes soy protein ingredients. The range covers isolated soy protein, concentrated soy protein, textured and spun soy protein, defatted soy flour for baking, soy dietary fibre and soy oligosaccharide, and it extends to coating and batter powders for lotus root fritters and similar prepared foods.

The group pairs an export arm at Qingdao with two soy protein plants, the main one being Shandong Changgu Food at Liaocheng in Shandong. That works a site of about 60 mu with 12,000 square metres of building, running one premix line rated at 10,000 tonnes a year and four automated spun protein lines rated at more than 6,000 tonnes. Raw material is non-GMO soybean grown in China. Production follows ISO 9001, and plant and products hold HACCP, Kosher and Halal certification. The company exports to more than 20 countries.
