Fujian Public Health Biotechnology Co., Ltd., registered in Chinese as Fujian Dazhong Health Biotechnology Co., Ltd., processes marine raw materials into bioactive peptides in Lianjiang County, Fuzhou, Fujian Province. It is a subsidiary within the Jiang Chuanzhang group of aquaculture businesses, and its chairman is Jiang Xinhui, who studied marine science and technology at RMIT University in Australia.

Production uses enzymatic hydrolysis and multi-stage membrane separation to extract peptides from abalone viscera, oysters, sea cucumber and fish. Provincial government reports describe the abalone peptide line as the largest scale industrialised abalone peptide production in China, developed to use a byproduct that Lianjiang's abalone farming industry had previously discarded. The company also supplies aquatic powder ingredients alongside the peptide range.

In 2024 the affiliated Fuzhou Rixing Aquatic Products company began building a 56 mu marine science and technology industrial park for the business. The company has signed an agreement with the Future Food Science Centre at Jiangnan University to set up a joint biotechnology research centre, with academician Chen Jian as chief scientist.
