Hainan Nicepal Industry Co., Ltd., registered in Chinese as Hainan Nanpai Industry Co., Ltd., was founded in 1999 and is based in Haikou on Hainan Island. It develops and manufactures tropical fruit powders by spray drying, and reports more than 60,000 square metres of workshops housing its spray drying lines.

The powder range is drawn from fruit and vegetables grown in the region, and the company also supplies pulp and liquid forms including coconut water, coconut pulp, mango pulp, frozen lime pulp and desiccated coconut. Its powders are sold as ingredients for ice cream fillings, snack seasonings, solid beverages, biscuits and cakes, sauces, instant milk powder, baby food, confectionery, puddings and cooking applications.

Certification covers ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 22000 food safety management and the BRC standard, along with Halal and Kosher approval. The company states that it holds more than 30 Chinese patents for invention and utility models, and sells internationally under the NicePal brand.
