Garlic is the main line, in flakes, granules and powder, with dehydrated ginger in flakes and powder, onion in strips and granules, and chilli as whole dried pods, crushed flakes and powder. The output goes to seasoning blenders, instant noodle and convenience food makers who need a stable dry form of these crops.

The company works from the agricultural processing park in the high-tech development zone at Handan, in southern Hebei, on the east side of the city. Beyond dehydration it runs quick-freezing and fresh-keeping lines for fruit and vegetables, so the same intake of raw crop can leave the plant dried or frozen.
