Huzhou City Linghu Xinwang Chemical Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000 and is a high-technology enterprise combining research, manufacturing and trade. Its factory is in the Xizhuang economic development zone at Linghu Town, Huzhou, Zhejiang, with offices at No. 8 Xiuxi Middle Road in the same town. The site is on the Hangzhou-Jiaxing-Huzhou plain and is served by national highways 104 and 318, two expressways and the Grand Canal.

The product list divides into food additives and pharmaceutical excipients on one side and rubber, plastics and coatings additives on the other. The excipient range covers microcrystalline cellulose in grades PH-101, 102, 103, 105, 112, 113, 200, 301, 302, 702, 711, 802 and 1000 plus a food grade and a type B, along with colloidal microcrystalline cellulose, silicified microcrystalline cellulose co-processed with colloidal silica, and lignocellulose and powdered and hydrophobic celluloses. The stearate series covers calcium, magnesium, zinc, sodium, potassium, lithium and aluminium stearates and stearic acid, and further series cover oleates, laurates, myristates, 12-hydroxystearates, para-tert-butylbenzoates, acetylacetonates, calcium and zinc glycerates, waterborne emulsions and dicalcium phosphate.

Engineering and technical staff make up more than 30 percent of the workforce and the company holds several patents on its own products. It is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 22000, and its products carry kosher and halal certificates. The company has its own import and export rights and sells into Europe, North and South America, West Asia and Southeast Asia.
