Jiangxi Hengding Food Co., Ltd.

Jiangxi Hengding Food Co., Ltd. is in the High-Tech Industrial Park of Fengcheng City, Jiangxi Province, at No. 2 Huideng Road. The company was founded in 2006 and works on deep processing of rice and coarse grains. It reports more than 500 employees and a site of over 500 mu, and is designated a national key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialisation, a National High-Tech Enterprise and a national "little giant" specialised enterprise.

Operations are organised into four divisions covering syrup, non-dairy creamer, rice protein and evaporated milk. Stated annual capacity is 200,000 tonnes of rice syrup, 160,000 tonnes of non-dairy creamer and enzymatically hydrolysed grain powders, and more than 20,000 tonnes of rice protein powder, rice peptide and coarse grain powders. Products are sold across 34 Chinese provinces and municipalities and exported to Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas.

The company holds ISO22000, Halal, Kosher, BRC and organic product certification. It hosts the Jiangxi Provincial Engineering Research Centre for High-Value Use of Rice By-Products and is one of the drafters of the Chinese national standard for high fructose syrup. In 2020 it began building the Jiangxi Hengding Biological Food Industrial Park to extend the chain upstream and downstream, and the first phase, a 60,000 tonne non-dairy creamer project, started production in 2021.
