Qingdao Ruikelai Catering Ingredients Co., Ltd.

Qingdao Ruikelai Catering Ingredients Co., Ltd. was founded in September 2000 in Pingdu, Qingdao, Shandong province. Its address is 277 Chongqing Road in the Pingdu economic development zone.

In 2005 the company took 25 mu of land in the Pingdu Overseas Chinese Science Park and built a semi-automated plant for savoury flavours and seasonings. In 2010 it took a further 80 mu in the economic development zone for a base rated at 10,000 tonnes a year of savoury flavours, catering ingredients and chicken essence. A 2015 expansion brought the site to about 53,000 square metres.

Output covers compound seasonings, sauces, bone soup, hotpot bases and hotel seasonings. Brands include Ruikelai, Roubaowang, Ruilisi and Chushengweibao, and named products are Meat Flavour King, concentrated fresh powder, ethyl flavouring agent and Tougu flavouring agent. The company supplies chain restaurant groups and formulates to customer specification. It is a member of the China Food Additives and Ingredients Association.
