Reifon Biotech makes extruded crisp ingredients for the nutrition bar and cereal trade. Its plant is at No. 86 East Shenma Road in Pingdingshan, Henan, and a commercial office operates from the Zhengdong New District in Zhengzhou.

Production is built around extrusion. Pea protein crisps are supplied at three protein levels as RF-Pea 40, RF-Pea 55 and RF-Pea 70, and soy protein crisps in the RF60F series and at 80 per cent protein, including a cocoa version. Cereal crisps are extruded from quinoa, purple yam and black rice flour, and the company also sells extruded grain powder. The soybean meal behind the soy range is non-GMO. Reifon lists nutrition and protein bars, granola and cereals, crunchy toppings and beverages as the applications it formulates for, and it adjusts protein content and texture to a customer brief.
