Shandong Huaxian Healthy Biotech Co., Ltd.

Shandong Huaxian Healthy Biotech dates from 1985 and is one of the older stevia producers in China. In 2019 it moved into the food industrial park at Jinxiang County in Jining, Shandong, on the north road off the western section of Jinyuan Avenue. The site covers more than 40,000 square metres against total investment of CNY 288 million, and annual output is about 1,000 tonnes.

The company combines stevia seedling raising and planting with extraction, research and sales. Output falls into three groups: steviol glycosides, enzyme-modified stevia and tabletop sweeteners. Its Xijinmen brand of stevia sugar has been rated a three-excellent product by the agriculture and light industry ministries and by Shandong province, and named a Shandong famous brand. In 2002 it was rated a national spark project export leading enterprise, and it has been designated an agricultural industrialisation leading enterprise and a high-technology enterprise.

Certification covers United States organic accreditation, kosher, FDA market access, European FAMI-QS, ISO9001, ISO22000 and FSSC22000. Products sell across China and are exported to Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the United States, Europe, Singapore and Brazil, into food processing, beverages and dairy, health care, sweetener blending, pickles, tobacco, toothpaste, cosmetics and alcohol.
