Shandong Taiai Peptide Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is the Shandong arm of the Taiai Peptide group, which was founded in 1997 and has worked on peptides for 28 years. Its plant is at Chenji town in the Luxi new district of Heze, Shandong Province.

The group runs three production bases, at Langfang in Hebei, Dalian in Liaoning and Heze in Shandong. Its stated core technologies are whole-chain extraction, single-substance capture and its own enzymatic hydrolysis process. It supplies peptide raw powder along with ODM, OEM and brand agency arrangements, and reports annual peptide raw powder output above 5,000 tonnes sold into more than 40 countries and regions.

The group holds Chinese invention and utility model patents, runs clinical work with Chinese universities and reports more than 300 research outputs. Its markets span food ingredients, pharmaceutical raw materials, health products and foods for special medical purposes.
