Zymogreen (Huaibei) Food Technology Co., Ltd. (吉源（淮北）食品科技有限公司) manufactures food additive raw materials at the east end of Fengxiang Road in the Fenghuangshan Economic Development Zone, Huaibei, Anhui Province. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Zymogreen Global Ltd. of Hong Kong.

Production is split between liquid and solid product workshops, with a flavour research centre, an analytical laboratory and a food and pharmaceutical application laboratory on site. The main outputs are amino acid and organic acid salts, natural food raw materials, compound additives, food flavours, sports nutrition ingredients and solid drink powders. The company states it is one of China's largest producers of L-aspartate salts, and its listed items include calcium, sodium and magnesium L-aspartate. Processing capabilities cover chelation, blending, embedding, spray drying, granulation, encapsulation and tabletting.

Workshops are built to CGMP standards. Products are made to Chinese GB standards and to FCC, USP, AJI, JECFA and European Pharmacopoeia specifications, and the company holds BRC, ISO 22000, halal and kosher certification. It is registered as a high and new technology enterprise and as a specialised and innovative SME in Anhui Province, and reports more than twenty years in edible and pharmaceutical additive raw materials.
