Beluckey&Wengfu Technology Co., Ltd.

Beluckey & Wengfu Technology is a joint venture between Chengdu Beluckey Technology, a specialty fertiliser supplier, and Wengfu Group, the largest Chinese producer of purified phosphoric acid. It runs three business units, specialty fertilisers, food and beverage, and feed phosphates, with total installed capacity above 1.1 million tonnes a year.

The food phosphate range covers sodium and potassium phosphates across meat, poultry, seafood, dairy, beverage and bakery applications, and includes sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate and diammonium phosphate. Food phosphate production is managed to BRC, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000 and OHSAS 18001, with Halal and Kosher certification.

Chengdu Beluckey has more than twenty years in the market, is among the top three specialty phosphate exporters in China, and has been named an excellent exporter and recommended supplier by CAC for five consecutive years. It supplies more than fifty countries, and the Beluckey brand and products are registered in over thirty of them.

Wengfu was established in 1990 and merged with Kailin Group in 2019 to form Guizhou Phosphate-Chemical Group, which holds 1.6 billion tonnes of phosphate ore reserves, making it the largest phosphate chemical enterprise in China and the third largest in the world after OCP and Mosaic. The group reported sales above 10 billion US dollars in 2020, mining capacity of 17 million tonnes a year and purified phosphoric acid capacity of one million tonnes a year, and holds 1,789 patents. The joint venture's offices are at N2-1409, Global Center, in the Chengdu High-tech Zone.
