Fuzhou Ruixuan Food Technology Co., Ltd. (福州睿轩食品科技有限公司) develops, produces and imports food additives from two production bases in Fujian Province, one in Longyan and one in Fuzhou. Its research centre and offices are at Rooms 2032 to 2035, Building 10, Phase III, China Resources Wanxiang City, Hongshan Town, Gulou District, Fuzhou.

The company makes single hydrocolloids including carrageenan, konjac gum and xanthan gum, and formulates compound colloid systems from them. Its named product lines are konjac powder, jelly powder, pudding powder, soft candy powder, food flavourings, compound thickeners and concentrated fruit and vegetable juices. It holds its own import licences for gums and juice materials, and brings in locust bean gum from Turkey, guar gum from Pakistan, tara gum from Peru and Alphonso mango pulp from India.

Its research and development team is led by Professor Lin Wenting of the Fujian Light Industry Research Institute, and it supplies formulation work to jelly, confectionery and catering manufacturers. Exports go to Southeast Asia and Europe.
