Henan Sunny Foodstuff Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992 and dehydrates vegetables in Henan, one of the main vegetable-growing provinces in China. Its address is Jialing Town, Zhoukou. Premises cover 120,000 square metres and annual capacity for dehydrated vegetables is 35,000 tonnes.

The range is built around garlic, onion, chilli and ginger. Garlic is sold as flakes, granules and powder, along with black garlic and garlic seasonings; onion as granules and powder; chilli as whole pods, crushed and powder, with paprika powder graded from 80 to 240 ASTA; and ginger as whole, flakes, granules and powder. The company adjusts formulation and packaging to order and takes OEM and ODM work.

Its own account of its history records a first million-dollar year in 2001, a production base built at Jialing Town in 2004, a Zhengzhou sales department in 2010 and a second base at Xiangcheng in 2011. Cumulative exports passed 10,000 tonnes in 2013 and 30,000 tonnes in 2022. Product now goes to 75 countries.
