Newtrend Group

Newtrend Group Holding Co., Ltd. was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, where its sales and functional management centre and an R&D centre are based. It listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in June 2025 under stock code 02573.

Glycine and sucralose are the anchor products. The Yujiang factory was the group's first plant and has concentrated on glycine since inception; the Ji'an factory in Jiangxi Province produces sucralose and seaweed dietary fibre; and a plant in the Golmud industrial park in Qinghai is the group's largest glycine site. Outside China, a Thai subsidiary at Rayong makes sucralose and isomalt, with a new isomalt line reaching commercial production in 2025, and an Indonesian plant at Karawang in West Java produces glycine and curcumin. Around these sit trading and sales companies in Nanchang, Jakarta and The Hague.

The broader portfolio has moved toward functional sweeteners, dietary fibre, prebiotics and natural plant extracts. Products reach customers in close to 70 countries and regions, supported by an overseas sales and warehousing network that provides DDP delivery in Europe.
