Richen Nutritional Technology was founded in 1999 and works from Block 3, 628 Suide Road in the Putuo District of Shanghai. It supplies vitamin and mineral raw materials and finished premixes to food, special dietary food and supplement manufacturers, and reports business in more than 60 countries.

The company is organised into six units covering marketing and sales, nutrition systems, mineral ingredients, biotechnology, dietary supplements and medical nutrition. Its mineral range, sold as RIMINIX, spans calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, chromium, iodine, manganese, molybdenum, potassium and selenium, processed by super-grinding, purification, granulation and spray drying, while the Pure-Chel line covers bisglycinate chelates. Fermentation-derived ingredients carry separate brands: Rigaba for gamma-aminobutyric acid, Rimind PS for phosphatidylserine and RiviK2 for vitamin K2 as MK-7. Rivimix premixes combine vitamins, minerals, amino acids and plant extracts for infant formula, modified milk powder and vitamin drinks.

Richen also runs OEM and ODM programmes built around bone health and brain health formulations. It reports more than 40 patents and holds ISO9001, ISO22000 and FSSC22000 certification.
