Shandong Sinoglory Health Food was founded in December 2000 and was among the first soy protein producers in China. Its plant is in Shen County, Liaocheng, Shandong, and the international trade department works from Qingdao. Registered capital is CNY 123.41 million and the company employs 530 people. It listed on the NEEQ market in August 2016 under code 838891 and registered on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in September 2022 under code 603182.

Annual capacity is 200,000 tonnes of soybean processing, from which the company draws 60,000 tonnes of soy protein isolate, 25,000 tonnes of soy dietary fibre and 30,000 tonnes of soybean oil. Low-temperature soy flake, soy protein concentrate and textured soy protein are made on the same base. Applications served include meat products, vegetarian foods, powder drinks and sports nutrition, ready-to-drink beverages and protein bars.

An identity preserved system approved by SGS runs from soybean storage through production and distribution, alongside HACCP. In-house analysis covers 18 parameters including protein, moisture, ash, fibre, sulphur dioxide, urease activity, microbiology and heavy metals. Other certification includes ISO9001, ISO22000, BRC at grade A, kosher and halal, with the food export health registration certificate held since 2004. Exports reach close to 100 countries and regions.
