Shanghai Dinglixin Food makes savoury flavours from poultry, livestock, meat and seafood raw materials, working them through enzymatic hydrolysis, thermal reaction and drying. Output covers liquid savoury flavours, reaction pastes such as beef extract paste, duck paste, braised meat and master sauce paste, reaction powders, compound seasonings and seasoning sauces, marinades, dusting powders, water-binding agents and ground spices including white pepper. Customers use them in frozen prepared foods, braised and roast meats, sausages, instant noodles, catering bases and snacks.

The company was founded in 2006 and has its head office in the Dongjing area of the Songjiang development zone in Shanghai. It runs two dedicated flavour plants through the affiliated Xinghua Dinglixin Food in Jiangsu and Nanjing Dingguan Food, with Shanghai Dingyuan Food as a further associate. It develops formulations to a customer brief as well as selling from its own catalogue.
