Beijing Chinaholder Biotech, registered in Chinese as Beijing Huaxia Houde Biotechnology, was founded in 2010 and works on phospholipids: research and development, sales, and import and export. Its range covers soy lecithin, sunflower lecithin, egg yolk lecithin, hydrolysed lecithin, hydroxylated lecithin and transparent lecithin, which together span the standard, enzyme-modified and chemically modified grades used as emulsifiers in food and nutrition.
