The single ingredients are potassium sorbate, calcium and sodium propionate, sodium acetate in anhydrous and trihydrate form, sodium diacetate, sodium dehydroacetate and disodium EDTA. Around them the company blends shelf life systems for baked goods, meat products, rice and starch noodles and pickled vegetables, including formulations that leave out sodium dehydroacetate for clean label work.

The company was founded in 2000 at Nantong in Jiangsu, holds national high technology enterprise status and is listed in the province as a technology-based small enterprise. It also makes feed additives, water treatment chemicals and cosmetic ingredients, and runs its own technical centre and patent portfolio.
