Zhejiang Tiansheng Food makes savoury seasonings, health food excipients and food additives. Its seasoning work covers acid-hydrolysed vegetable protein, brewed condiments including white, aged and apple cider vinegars, red yeast vinegar, soy sauce and broad bean paste, and it also makes caramel colour for the same trades.

The company works from Feiyun in Rui'an, Zhejiang, and runs a closed pipeline plant that takes raw material through enzymatic hydrolysis, Maillard reaction and flavour blending, with pressure cookers, multifunction reactors, vacuum and microwave dryers and a spray-drying tower. It holds FSSC 22000 certification, keeps its own testing laboratory covering incoming material through to batch production, and sits on the council of the China Food Additives and Ingredients Association.
