Zhengzhou Xuemeilong Food Spice Co., Ltd.

Zhengzhou Xuemailon Food Flavor Co., Ltd. has worked on spice raw materials and extraction processes since it was founded in 2006. Its output falls into six categories covering more than 600 products, among them seasoning essential oils such as ginger and green pepper oil, compound flavour oils and flavouring powders. Annual production and sales run to about 6,000 tonnes across more than 2,000 customers.

Supercritical carbon dioxide extraction is the main process, used to standardise the flavour profile of seasoning essential oils and to build customised compound oils. Raw material is bought at source from spice growing regions worldwide, with Zhengzhou's transport links used to consolidate it.

Customers include flavour and fragrance houses, instant food and snack manufacturers, seasoning producers, catering chains and pre-made meal companies in China and abroad. The company is recognised as a high technology enterprise, operates a Henan provincial engineering technology centre and runs a CNAS accredited laboratory. It states internal control standards above the relevant national and industry specifications, a 24 hour customer response and an on-time delivery rate above 99 per cent.
