(广州市凯闻食品发展有限公司), was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Zengcheng District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. Registered capital is 30 million yuan. The business covers research, production and sale of emulsifiers and compound functional additives for food, household chemical, feed and plastics use, based on deep processing of natural oils and fats into esters.

Product lines are mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, medium chain triglycerides and octyl and decyl glycerate, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, polyglycerol polyricinoleate, propylene glycol esters of fatty acids, glycerol monocaprylate and glycerol monolaurate, a hydrocolloid series including xanthan gum and instant agar, mineral salt preparations, and compound emulsifier and stabiliser systems for bakery and other applications.

The emulsifiers are used in baking, dairy, beverages, snack foods and health foods.
