Shandong Tianjiu Bio-tech makes functional plant protein ingredients and malt extract for food and health food manufacturers. The range covers non-dairy creamer, malt powder and malt extract, walnut powder, cereal formula powders, fructo-oligosaccharide and xylo-oligosaccharide powders, brown maltodextrin, and a set of animal and plant peptides that includes corn, wheat, soy and albumin oligopeptides.

The company started in May 2004 and manufactures at Heze in Shandong. It reports annual capacity of 20,000 tonnes of non-dairy creamer, 10,000 tonnes of fructo-oligosaccharide powder and cereal formula powder, 10,000 tonnes of walnut powder, 5,000 tonnes of malt powder and 600 tonnes of peptides. It holds ISO 22000 and Halal certification and sells both in China and for export.
