Shandong Wonderful Biotech Co., Ltd.

Shandong Wonderful Biotech was established in October 2017 and continues a soybean processing business that began in 2001 as Shandong Wonderful Industrial Group. It works from No. 23 Huafeng Road in Kenli County, Dongying, Shandong, and is registered as a national high-technology enterprise.

The plant processes 200,000 tonnes of non-GMO soybeans a year. Output covers low-temperature soy flakes, isolated soy protein at 90 per cent protein and above, concentrated soy protein at 68 per cent and above, textured and fibred soy protein, soy flour at 50 per cent and above, soy dietary fibre, soy isoflavones and soybean oil, with white flakes and edible soybean meal supplied as raw material for protein extraction and for soy sauce brewing. The fibred grade is made to resemble lean meat in structure and is sold on water holding and emulsion stability.

Applications given are meat products, dairy-free beverages, fermentation substrates, health foods and flour-based products. Certification covers ISO9001, HACCP, BRC at grade A, identity preserved, kosher, halal including Indonesian halal, United States FDA registration, ISO45001, ISO14001 and level three safety standardisation. Exports reach more than 50 countries, among them the United States, Brazil, Germany, South Africa, Australia, South Korea, Japan, the Netherlands and Indonesia. The wider group also runs beef breeding, slaughter and logistics operations.
