Jiangsu Dingguan Food Technology makes food-grade mineral salts and blends them into compound additives. The range covers the sulphates of copper, iron, zinc, magnesium, manganese and ammonium, potassium chloride, phosphate salts of potassium, sodium and ammonium, citrate salts, and preservative salts including calcium propionate, calcium acetate in anhydrous and monohydrate form and sodium diacetate. Many of the mineral salts are trace element sources for nutrient fortifier premixes.

The company manufactures at Lianyungang on the northern Jiangsu coast and works in two directions at once: single salts made under its own process, and compound additive blending for food makers who would rather buy one premix than weigh out six ingredients.
