Shandong Tianmei Biotech makes powdered fat and encapsulated ingredients at the crossing of Zhengzhou Road and Chaohu Road in the Heze development zone in Shandong. It is registered as a high and new technology enterprise covering development, production and sale of food ingredients, functional foods and dietary supplement raw materials.

The plant is built around submicron emulsification and encapsulation, low-temperature spray drying and a secondary spray embedding step. Non-dairy creamers are made in versions matched to coffee mix, milk tea, cereal, nut milk, bakery and milk tablets, together with cold-soluble and acid-stable grades. Functional powders include medium chain triglyceride powder, keto coffee creamer, conjugated linoleic acid, OPO, medium and long chain triglycerides, phytosterols and diacylglycerol oil powder. Nutritional powders cover coconut and flaxseed oil powders, butter and whipping cream powders, malt extract powder, vegetable fat powder and milk and cheese flavour powders, alongside fat-filled milk powder. A separate starch sugar line makes isomalto-oligosaccharides, brown maltodextrin, resistant dextrin and maltose powder.

The company states that it applies hazardous by-product control and elimination technology within its food safety programme. Products sell across 26 Chinese provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, and are exported to more than 50 countries including Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Russia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Nigeria, Germany and the United States.
