Tengzhou Aolong Chemical Co., Ltd.

Tengzhou Aolong Chemical was established in 1999 in the industrial park of Jisuo Town, Tengzhou, Shandong, with a contact address in the Tengzhou Economic Development Zone. It researches, produces and sells food and feed additives, concentrating on three families of preservation salts: benzoates, propionates and acetates. These are used for preservation, mould inhibition and shelf-life extension in food and feed, and also go into pharmaceutical applications.

The site covers 15,000 square metres with 8,000 square metres of buildings. Stated annual capacity is 10,000 tonnes of benzoic acid and benzoates, 10,000 tonnes of acetates and 8,000 tonnes of propionates. Products listed run from industrial-grade benzoic acid flakes through sodium, calcium and potassium benzoate, sodium acetate in powder and granular forms, calcium and potassium acetate and sodium diacetate, to sodium, calcium and potassium propionate, each supplied in powder and granular grades.

The company states that it has grown by improving its technical development and management standards to supply chemicals to domestic and export customers, but publishes no headcount, certification list or export market breakdown.
