L&P Food Ingredient, registered in China as Wengyuan Guangye Qingyi Food Technology, makes sweeteners, antioxidants and functional ingredients. Its additive lines are sucralose, D-allulose, glucosyl steviol glycosides, TBHQ, BHA and rosemary extract, and its nutrition lines run to phosphatidylserine, oat beta-glucan, resistant dextrin, calcium beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate and palmitoylethanolamide, several of which it also sells for personal care and feed.

The plant sits in the Wengcheng industrial park in Wengyuan County, Shaoguan, Guangdong, with a marketing office at Panyu in Guangzhou. The company works from the technical base of the Guangdong Institute of Food Industry and the Guangye Biotechnology Research Institute, a lineage it traces back more than forty years. It holds ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and BRC certification with kosher and halal approval, and in 2026 its sucralose was classed as a category A pharmaceutical excipient.
