Shijiazhuang Donghua Jinlong Chemical Co., Ltd.

Shijiazhuang Donghua Jinlong Chemical dates its glycine production to 1979, when its predecessor Donghua Chemical Works was built. It is now a dedicated glycine producer with more than 700 staff and 38 patents. Stated capacity is 110,000 tonnes a year of industrial-grade glycine and 20,000 tonnes a year of refined glycine. The wider range covers hydantoin and 5-benzylidene hydantoin, sodium glycinate and sodium glycine carbonate, and glycine chelates of calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, iron and ferrous iron, which are the mineral products listed here.

The company is at 100 Huagong Middle Road in the high-tech zone of Shijiazhuang, Hebei, having moved from an earlier office on the city's east second ring road to the Shijiazhuang recycling chemical park. Alongside food additives it supplies pharmaceutical intermediates, cosmetic raw materials and feed additives.

Production runs in GMP workshops, and products are made to FCC, E640, USP, BP, EP and JSFA specifications. Certifications listed are ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, BRCGS, FAMI-QS, Kosher through Star-K, Halal through MUI, and REACH registration. The company marked its thirtieth and fortieth anniversaries in 2009 and 2019 and states long-running supply relationships with Fortune 500 customers.
