Jiangsu Debang Duoling makes phosphate and citrate salts at food and pharmaceutical grade. The phosphate range runs across the calcium salts, monocalcium phosphate, dicalcium phosphate and tricalcium phosphate, the sodium salts, monosodium and disodium phosphate, trisodium phosphate, sodium acid pyrophosphate and anhydrous tetrasodium pyrophosphate, with sodium citrate alongside them. These are the leavening acids, buffers, emulsifying salts and calcium sources of everyday food manufacture, and the same salts go into toothpaste, textiles and ceramics.

The company belongs to the Debang chemical group and works from the economic development zone at Donghai County, Lianyungang, in northern Jiangsu, where it dates from 2012. It puts food phosphate capacity at around 40,000 tonnes a year, holds ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP and BRC certification, and exports to the United States, Europe, South America, Japan, Korea and South East Asia.
