Liaoning Qiaopai Biotech Co., Ltd. was founded in 2013 at No. 1 Taishan Road in the Qilihe Economic Development Zone of Jinzhou, Liaoning Province. It processes hemp seed and other oilseeds into food ingredients for export.

The company builds on dehulling and sorting technology developed by the affiliated Liaoning Qiaopai Machinery Co., Ltd., and uses its own equipment under ten Chinese patents, among them a utility model for a multi-layer hemp seed grading screen and one for a hemp oil cake cooling hopper. The product range covers selected hemp seed, hulled hemp seed, hemp seed oil, hemp protein powder, hemp protein isolate and hemp peptide, alongside sunflower, pumpkin, watermelon seed and flaxseed protein powders and other seed oils.

The plant was built to international food processing standards and includes cleaning, dehulling and sorting lines, high-precision colour sorters and X-ray sorters, supercritical extraction equipment, sterilisation equipment and a class 100,000 clean workshop. Separate physical, chemical and microbiology laboratories support batch-by-batch testing, and finished goods are held in temperature and humidity controlled storage with automated shuttle racking. Certification listed includes HACCP, BRC, IFS, Kosher, Halal, vegetarian and organic.
