Qinhuangdao Lihua Starch Co., Ltd. is a corn deep-processing company with its factory at No. 89 Lihua Street in Funing District, Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province. The company completed a private shareholding reform in 2007 and has concentrated on starch and starch sugar since.

Core output is corn starch, glucose, maltodextrin and sorbitol. The glucose line covers dextrose monohydrate and dextrose anhydrous, and the maltodextrin line extends to low-GI and resistant maltodextrin grades. Products are supplied to food, pharmaceutical, chemical and feed customers and are made to international specifications.

The company describes a sequence of investments over the past two decades: a production line expansion and process changes in 2013, a full technical upgrade completed in 2017, patented high-end product development from 2020, an international quality audit passed in 2021 and a high-end production line launched in 2023.
