Nature Food Technology makes mineral food additives, sold under the Jingling brand. The phosphate side covers monocalcium phosphate, dicalcium phosphate, tricalcium phosphate, monopotassium phosphate and dipotassium phosphate. The citrate side covers potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and zinc citrate. The company also makes magnesium carbonate and potassium chloride. Food manufacturers use these as acidity regulators, raising agents, stabilisers and nutrient fortifiers.

The company was founded in 2017 and works from the Fulaishan industrial park at Ju County, Rizhao, Shandong, close to the sister citric acid producer Natural Biological Group. It built its lines to GMP standards, runs a shuttle racking warehouse and operates its own effluent treatment. Annual output is about 20,000 tonnes across a dozen or so products, and it exports to more than 100 countries. It has passed a Kosher audit and has rebuilt its potassium citrate line.
