The company is registered at Building B16, Haikou Biological City, 77 Mei'an Avenue, in the Mei'an Eco-Tech New City area of the Haikou National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Hainan Province. Its registered capital is 10 million yuan and its licensed scope covers health food production, general food production, food additive production, food for special medical purposes, beverage production and food import and export.

The company reports an investment of close to 200 million yuan in its peptide manufacturing system, which combines two raw material production lines with four downstream formulation lines, giving it both ingredient and finished-product capability on one site. Its raw material range consists of 11 functional active peptide freeze-dried products it describes as exclusive to the company, together with more than ten further speciality peptide materials. Around 100 finished products are built on these materials, spanning health foods, functional foods, formula foods for special dietary and medical uses, and skin care.

In September 2025 the Yotide brand was admitted as a functional food industry member of the Brand Power Independent Brand Preferred Programme, a Chinese brand promotion scheme, following registration, trademark and business-qualification checks.
