Monk Fruit Blended Sweetener

Monk Fruit Blended Sweetener is a tabletop and ingredient format that combines purified mogroside V extract with a food-grade bulking agent such as erythritol, allulose, dextrose, or maltodextrin.

The mogroside V provides the sweetening power, while the bulking agent supplies the volume, mouthfeel, and dispersion characteristics that high-intensity sweeteners cannot deliver on their own.

We source bulk Monk Fruit Blended Sweetener from top China manufacturers for our partners. The manufacturer is in Hunan. A smaller requirement can ship in a combined container with other ingredients.

Please send the grade you need, the volume and your destination port, and we will come back with a solution and a price.

Common Markets Grades

Blends are specified by the bulking agent, the mogroside V loading, and the resulting sucrose-equivalent sweetness.

One-to-one sucrose replacement blends are the most common consumer format. These typically combine erythritol or allulose with enough mogroside V to deliver sweetness equal to the same weight of table sugar.

Two-to-one and three-to-one concentrated blends use higher mogroside V loadings and are preferred for bakery, beverage, and confectionery work where dosing accuracy and storage volume matter.

Specialty blends combine mogroside V with stevia steviol glycosides, sucralose, or natural flavours to tune onset, body, and finish. Liquid drop formats use vegetable glycerin and water as the carrier.

How We Help Source Monk Fruit Blended Sweetener

  • Direct Factory Sourcing

We run the whole process: selecting the manufacturer from the top Chinese food ingredient producers, negotiating the price, verifying quality, and coordinating the logistics. You deal with us instead of with several factories at once.

  • Original Packaging and Documents from the Manufacturer

The manufacturer sends your Monk Fruit Blended Sweetener out of its own factory in the original packing, through to your destination port. The COA, COO, MSDS, TDS and any certifications reach you from the manufacturer as well.

  • Free Samples and Lead Time

We send 100 to 500 g free for your own laboratory to test and you cover only the courier, usually within 2 to 3 working days. ETD is usually within 7 to 15 days once the order is confirmed, and we check that date against the factory's own manufacturing schedule before we give it to you.

  • Combined Shipment

We can load Monk Fruit Blended Sweetener together with other ingredients such as Stevia, Erythritol and Maltitol into one 20' FCL. If your quantity is small, we can also ship LCL.

Regulatory Status

Monk Fruit Blended Sweetener is regulated as a formulated food ingredient, with each component carrying its own approval.

The mogroside V fraction is covered by the same approvals that apply to monk fruit extract, including U.S. GRAS notices and the European Union authorisation under E968. The bulking agent carries its own approval, for example E968 for erythritol or a relevant GRAS notice for allulose.

JECFA has evaluated Siraitia grosvenorii extracts standardised to mogroside V and concluded that an ADI was not required at typical use levels. The bulking agents have their own JECFA evaluations.

Kosher and Halal certifications are routinely available. Non-GMO Project verification is common, particularly for blends that pair mogroside V with non-GMO erythritol or allulose.

Manufacturing Process

Production starts with two prepared streams. The mogroside V extract is sourced as a purified powder at the desired purity grade, while the bulking agent is sourced as a food-grade crystalline or spray-dried powder.

The two streams are dosed gravimetrically into a ribbon blender or a high-shear paddle blender. Blending continues until the mogroside V is uniformly distributed throughout the bulking agent. For low mogroside V loadings, a pre-blend at 1 to 5 percent is often prepared first and then diluted into the main batch to ensure uniformity.

For granulated tabletop formats, the blend is lightly agglomerated with a fine water or ethanol spray to build up to a sugar-like particle size and bulk density. The agglomerate is dried, screened, and packed.

Liquid drop formats are produced by dissolving the mogroside V in a vegetable glycerin and water carrier, optionally with natural flavour and preservative, then filtering and packing into dropper bottles.
